In 2025, the Australian Intervarsity Rogaining Championships will be held in conjunction with the NSW 24-hour State Rogaining Championships on the 13th-14th of September. 

Each year, a travel bursary is provided from the Nigel Aylott Memorial Sports Foundation (NAMSF) to cover the travel costs of one team from each state to compete in the Intervarsity Championships. Team members must be students at the same Tasmanian tertiary institution. The funding covers the cost of flights, coach transport, and accommodation (if necessary) for a team of two to compete. Team members are responsible for additional costs, such as the event entry fee.

Rogaining Tasmania returns to the Tangara Trails for a 4-hour metrogaine on-foot or bike, set by Jaymee Knoll and Rowan Tilly. Starting from the Lauderdale Hall, explore laidback seaside towns, bushland and coastal trails, and try to spot the bandicoots darting through the scrub. Perhaps you'll be tempted to take a chilly winter dip at one of the glorious beaches!

Entries will open in late June.

Stagger On - 2025 Tasmanian Rogaining Championships

6-7 December 2025

A 6- or 24-hour bush rogaine, to be held near Oatlands. Entries will open in early October.

Australasian Champs - The The Ironpot Forge

29 - 30 August 2026

3.5 hours NW of Brisbane.
